Number's Funda
Natural Number:- The Number starting from 1,2,3.... are called Natural Number and Positive integerWhole Number:- The numbers starting from 0,1,2,3... are called Whole Number
Integer:- The numbers -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3... are Integers
Negative Integer:- The Numbers -1,-2,-3... are negative integers
Test of Divisibility
1.A no. is divisible by 2 if its unit place is 0 or is divisible by 2eg. 120 unit place is zero so divisible by 2
eg. 124 unit place divisble by 2
2.A no. is divisible by 3 if the sum of its digit is divisible by 3
eg. 123 sum of digit is 6 and is divisible by 3
3.A no. is divisible by 4 if its last two digit is 0 or is divisible by 4
eg. 200 is divisble by 4
4.A no. is divisible by 6 if it is both divisible by 2 and 3
eg. 150 is divisble by 6
5.A no. is divisible by 9 if the sum of its digit is divisible by 9
eg. 810 is divisble by 9
Multiplication
1.To multiply by 9to multiply a number say x by 9 , First multiply it with 10 then subtract x from that
eg. x is 100, so 100*10 = 1000-100=9,000

Some Solved Questions
Ans:-First of all take the greatest five digit no. that is 99999, Now divide it with 23 and you will get the remainder as 18.then subtract that remainder from the 5-digit no. i.e 99999-18 = 99981. This is the required answer
2. Find the Smallest 7-digit no. which is multiple of 19
Ans:- First of all take the smallest seven digit no. i.e 1000000 then divide this no. by 19 and you will get the remainder as 11, then subtract the remainder from the 19 i.e 19-11=8 , Now add 8 to the seven digit smallest no. and you will get the answer i.e 1000008
